No. You pay once and the software works forever with your license key. After one year, you simply won't receive new updates unless you choose to renew.
Your license key has a one-year update period from first activation. After it expires, the software continues to work – you just won't receive new updates. If you download a version released after your license expires, you'll need to either renew your license or use the last version available during your update period.
Your license allows installation on up to 3 computers simultaneously. These can run different operating systems, and you can easily move the license if you get a new computer.

Yes. The 3-computer limit refers to simultaneous installations, not total installs. WinPCSIGN tracks which computers have active licenses. You can reinstall as many times as needed on your licensed computers.
